Elay Mexico concludes a cycle in the Leadership of the General Management

On 29 July 2016, the General Manager of Elay Group, Ing. Santiago Agirregoikoa, celebrated with the workers of our plant in Mexico, the act of handover symbolic between Ing. Xabier Errasti Arambarri, who was the Director of the plant until then, and who gave the “makila” to Ing. Tomas Lopez Elorduy.
With this new beginning we seek to potentiate Lean Manufacturing methodologies, continuing the evolution in line with the global perspective that is held in our model, ELAY BIDEA.
Strengthening Elay’s global and intercultural culture, always seeking to meet the needs of our customers from the Lean Vision and the satisfaction of our stakeholders, which include the contribution of all of us, each of the people that join this project and make up Celay, taking as reference the culture of the foundations of Elay Antzuola.
We warmly welcome Ing. Tomas Lopez Elorduy who will assume the duties from 15 August this year.
